Abuja Project Advocacy Visit
On 23 December 2025, we visited the Hakimin of Dutsen Alhaji Palace in Bwari Area Council to advance the Path to Peace Foundation flagship initiative #AbujaProject, a mission committed to local government autonomy, transparency, fiscal responsibility, and inclusive governance across the FCT. The discussion reaffirmed the importance of traditional leaders as vital partners in strengthening local governance and ensuring policies reflect community realities. This visit also wrapped up my advocacy work for 2025 as the Bwari Area Council Coordinator, a year dedicated to grassroots engagement and institutional accountability. As we move forward, the goal remains firm: stronger partnerships, empowered local councils, and governance that truly serves the people.
